Overview
Equans UK & Ireland is seeking a permanent Labourer to join our team in Leeds. The role is full time, working within Social Housing.
Responsibilities
* Complete high quality planned works and deliver high levels of customer service on a daily basis.
* Complete plastering and multi-skilled works to finish the job in one visit.
* Adhere to all Equans values, policies and procedures.
* Work effectively and positively with the client, customers and stakeholders on a daily basis.
* Assist the team to achieve KPI’s proactively.
* Collaborate with all teams and departments within the Company to ensure excellent service delivery.
* Support any reasonable manager request.
Qualifications
* City and Guilds (Plastering) or equivalent experience.
* Current valid driving licence.
* Appropriate level of experience within building construction, repairs and maintenance.
* Demonstrated experience in diagnosis of plastering and general building issues.
* Ability to utilise Information Technology and personal digital assistants (PDA’s).
