Office Administrator: Full-Time

We're an education recruitment agency specialising in permanent and temporary recruitment solutions for schools across the UK and internationally.
We are seeking to appoint a Office Administrator to join our fast-growing business.
The Office Administrator role:
You will work alongside consultants and managers to ensure appropriate vetting checks are conducted on applicants who register with the company alongside other duties listed.
Some duties include:
· Obtaining vetting information from applicants registering with the company
· Liaising with consultants and managers in the company to ensure applicants are fully compliant
· Speaking to applicants and clients via email and telephone when necessary
· Updating records on the database for clients and applicants
· Create Key Information Documents for applicants
· Create vetting checklists for clients
· General data entry
· Other administrative duties to support the business
The ideal Office Administrator:
· Knowledge of compliance checks (right to work checks, DBS checks, etc.)
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Good telephone manner
· Well organised
· Good with time management
· Attention to detail
· Excellent written communication
· Proficient in using computer programmes such as Microsoft and Excel
Working hours:
9am – 5pm Monday to Thursday
9am – 4pm Friday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
