Business Development Representative DACH - £30K-£35K base + £15K comm - Solihull based Business Development Representative DACH + €38K-€41K base + €19K comm - Remote Germany
We have an exciting new opening for a bilingual German/English speaker to join the successful sales team based in the West Midlands office 4 days a week OR as a remote worker in Germany.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be a key member of the DACH team working with both outbound (60%) and inbound (40%) clients in the DACH market. Supporting the EMEA sales team,
you are responsible for being the first point of contact for potential clients and sparking
interest in your product.
You will be building rapport with contacts through phone calls, emails and social channels
and will work closely with the sales team to ensure that the leads provided to sales are qualified correctly and are progressing. This involves gathering key information to update the CRM system and assigning next steps
Key responsibilities:
• Manage lead development for the DACH region
• Detailed qualification of inbound marketing leads
• Work with sales team to proactively prospect target key accounts
• Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
• Build relationships and effectively communicate with territory sales team
and management
• Stay informed and up to date on products and solutions
• Actively look for opportunities to improve and optimize lead management
• Record information and maintain detailed and accurate records in the
CRM system
The successful candidate:
• 1 year of experience with value-based selling/customer services
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, determined, and results-oriented
• Positive attitude, team-oriented, and a self-starter
• Ability to accurately determine lead qualifications based upon established
criteria
• Comfortable learning key software applications
• Bilingual German/English is essential
This is an exciting role, joining a well established and successful software company. The role is open to both Solihull and Germany as locations and the position is to start ASAP.
