We are hiring a Sales and Customer Service Manager on the behalf of a manufacturer, distributor and retailer of artisan pizza ovens that are made in Spain.
In this senior role you will be reporting directly to the managing director and will be responsible for sales, customer service, logistics, marketing & promotions and building relationships with stockists. You will be overall in charge of the day to day operations and running of the business, providing the highest level of customer service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities of a Sales and Customer Service Manager
Managing inbound calls and enquiries from a variety of customers.
Confidently communicating with customers via phone, email, and live chat, to provide quotes and seizing the opportunity to maximise sales.
Achieving and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, through constant communication and strong relationship building.
Developing new business by generating new leads, making outbound calls and conducting face to face meetings and/or showroom visits.
Processing and responding to all new enquiries in a timely manner whilst ensuring all customers’ requirements and needs are met.
