?? Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage contractors and capital works, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
* Take line management responsibility for the site team, driving performance and setting high standards.
* Support the Operations Manager in planning and evaluating site repairs and maintenance, including budget oversight.
* Champion health and safety compliance, including first aid provision and risk assessments.
* Conduct regular compliance and security checks, manage fire safety systems, and respond to alarms.
* Undertake hands-on maintenance tasks such as repairs, decorating, and building improvements.
* Oversee the Building Management System and ensure optimal operation of heating and lighting.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and caretaking across the academy.
