Q Brands are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to join the Kappa UK & Ireland team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales and meeting revenue goals. Your primary responsibilities will include promoting and selling our sportswear products to a diverse range of clients, such as retailers, distributors, and sports organisations across the UK.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.
* Identify new business opportunities, new markets, and potential clients to expand the existing Kappa UK & Ireland customer base.
Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management:
* Proactively identify and engage with potential customers, including retailers, distributors, and sports organisations, to establish strong business relationships.
* Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value of our sportswear products and our position in the market.
Account Management:
* Manage and grow existing accounts by fostering long-term relationships with key clients and maximising customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and production, to ensure timely delivery of products and seamless customer experience.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
* Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and analyse data to identify trends, evaluate sales strategies, and make informed business decisions.
* Utilise CRM software and other tools the team use to effectively manage sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunity tracking.
Qualifications:
* Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the sportswear industry or related field.
* Knowledge and passion for sports and sportswear trends.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.
