Administrator hours of work:
6. 9 to 5 Monday to Friday
Job Duties:
The AO provides administrative assistance to the various operational enforcement teams within the section (Goods, Taxis and Bus Teams) in addition to the Compliance, Intelligence and Policy Sections. – Key responsibilities include:
7. processing of prosecution files to the Public Prosecution Service including liaison with enforcement officers on the required paperwork, documents, witness statements, attendance at court (for enforcement officers) etc
8. monitoring of prosecution files to ensure that they are progressed and forwarded to the PPS in accordance with statutory timescales;
9. inputting statistical information (accurately) onto the Enforcement Database on a timely basis;
10. answering phone calls and undertaking reception duties at Hydebank House
Essential Criteria:
Must have 5 GCSEs including Maths & English – Certificates required.
