The Role The Contracts Administrator - Band 3 position is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative and clerical tasks within the Contracts and Social Care Procurement team. Based at Kelly House on the Ulster Hospital site, this role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) and offers a six-month contract, with potential for extension. As a Contracts Administrator - Band 3, you will play a vital role in supporting the team with high-quality administrative services. Manage contracts documentation and records efficiently. Provide clerical support to the Contracts Compliance Manager and the wider team. Utilise MS Office tools, particularly Excel and Outlook, to manage data and communications. Ensure compliance with organisational standards and procedures. Assist in the preparation of reports and other administrative tasks as required. The Person The ideal candidate for the Contracts Administrator - Band 3 role will be detail-oriented, organised, and proactive. Below are the essential and desirable criteria: Essential: 5 GCSEs (Grade A-C), including English Language and Maths, or equivalent higher educational standard. 1 year of administrative/clerical experience OR 3 years of administrative/clerical experience. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. Desirable: Experience in a healthcare or procurement-related administrative role. Knowledge of contracts management systems.
