Sales Appointment Setter Role at OMGkPop

Location: Office-based (Own car essential, no public transport access)

Salary: £27,500 basic + uncapped commission (Realistic OTE £40,000, top performers earn £55,000+)

Hours: Full-time Mon‑Fri 9‑5

About the Role: I’m working with a fast‑growing company that’s revolutionizing sales training, and they’re looking for a dynamic Appointment Setter to join their team. In this role, you’ll be connecting with pre‑qualified leads who have already shown interest in the company’s sales training programmes. Your job will be to set up appointments for video calls with expert trainers, where leads can learn how to grow and scale their sales businesses. This isn’t a cold‑calling role; you’ll be working with warm leads, making the sales process smoother and more rewarding.


What You’ll Be Doing

* Engaging with warm leads who have already expressed interest in sales training.
* Setting up video‑call appointments with expert sales trainers.
* Building rapport, overcoming objections, and inspiring leads to take the next step in their sales careers.
* Working within a supportive, high‑energy team that celebrates success and fosters a culture of growth and achievement.
