HR Officer Location: Salford Axon Moore is currently partnering with a leading global logistics business to support on the appointment of an experienced HR professional to join a busy shared service function based in Salford. This is a brilliant role for someone who enjoys being close to the business, supporting managers with people challenges, and helping to build capability across teams through strong HR support, employee relations guidance and development activity. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own workload while also being part of a wider HR team that works collaboratively to deliver a consistent and high-quality service across multiple business units. What the role involves: This position is heavily focused on supporting managers and employees with day-to-day HR and employee relations matters, ensuring issues are handled fairly, consistently and in line with best practice. A key part of the role is helping to build manager capability, supporting them through performance conversations, absence management, and general people management challenges.
