Joining us as a Sales Executive means you will be the key point of contact for customers during this exciting experience of buying a new car, so it is crucial to get the service right the first time and each time.
About The Role
Mercedes‑Benz of Sunderland is looking for a candidate with automotive customer service or sales experience. As a Sytner Sales Executive you will:
* Communicate with customers to support and understand their needs throughout the journey to buying a new car.
* Work a variety of flexible patterns, including weekends, to ensure customers receive the highest possible levels of service.
In addition to a basic salary and an achievable on‑target earnings of £45,000, you will also receive a company car, subsidised manufacturer car purchase schemes for your family, discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted gym membership and discounts with popular high‑street retailers.
About You
You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face‑to‑face and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
A full and valid UK driving licence is a benefit.
You may be asked to attend an assessment centre.
We require candidates to have automotive sales experience as a minimum requirement for this role.
