to join an aerospace manufacturing business, reporting into the General Manager.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (AS9100 / ISO 9100)
* Act as Management Representative for all quality matters
* Lead and develop the Inspection Team (workload, performance, training)
* Oversee inspection & verification at all stages of manufacture
* Own Calibration, Testing, Qualification and associated approvals
* Create/approve FAIR / LAIR documentation (VisualFAIR experience ideal)
* Plan and conduct internal/external audits (AS9100 / ISO 9100)
* Support continuous improvement and participate in management reviews
What we’re looking for
* Strong aerospace quality background (essential)
* Recent, hands-on FAIR/LAIR experience xlqdzyr
* Confident with engineering drawings & specifications
* Audit capability (internal/external)
* OASIS experience (preferred)
* Strong communication, attention to detail, and Excel/IT skills
