We are currently seeking a Sales Executive to join our team at Sycamore Motorrad, Peterborough, representing one of the most iconic and progressive motorcycle brands in the world.

Whether you're guiding a first-time rider or helping a devoted enthusiast find their next dream machine, you will be part of a brand that sets benchmarks, in performance, design, and customer experience.

What we are looking for:

As a BMW Motorrad Sales Executive, you'll be the face of the brand — a trusted advisor, product expert, and lifestyle consultant. You'll ensure every customer journey is as exhilarating and seamless as the motorcycles we create.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact to handover and beyond
* Advising customers on the full BMW Motorrad range, including accessories, options, and lifestyle products
* Conducting immersive product demonstrations and leading test rides
* Building lasting customer relationships with proactive follow-up and aftersales engagement
* Maintaining detailed CRM records and managing a structured contact strategy
* Collaborating with the team to achieve showroom goals and uphold brand standards

The ideal candidate:

We're looking for individuals who live and breathe motorcycles, and who understand the difference passion and precision make in a customer experience.

You will have:

* Previous sales experience (automotive or motorcycle industry ideal, but not essential)
* A genuine passion for motorcycles and the BMW Motorrad brand
* Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with customers on a personal level
* Drive, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset
* A full motorcycle licence, or a strong ambition to obtain one

Work Pattern: 42 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30 and Saturday, 08:30 to 17:00.

Salary: Competitive with an uncapped commission structure
