Overview
As a Cook in our Manufacturing site, you’ll provide our colleagues with hearty meals, manage menu planning, and prepare and cook food linked to key events and national celebrations. You’ll maintain excellent quality and hygiene standards, adhere to food safety requirements, and work at pace to deliver tasty meals in a safe, efficient, and hygienic environment.
Responsibilities

* Cook and present meals to a high standard while maintaining quality and safety.
* Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards and operate in a safe environment.
* Deliver excellent customer service to colleagues.

About You
* Experience cooking a wide variety of dishes to suit dietary requirements, with a focus on healthy and nutritious meals
* Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Thrives in a busy environment and enjoys working as part of a team; experience preparing meals for large volumes of customers (between 200 and 1,500 daily)
* Ideally holds Food Safety Level 2 and is COSHH trained (training can be provided if required)
