As part of our next phase of growth, we are launching and scaling our Recruitment & Talent Solutions division — focused on delivering high-quality staffing solutions across security, FM, and wider commercial sectors.
We are now seeking a commercially driven leader to take ownership of this division and build it into a high-performing, revenue-generating business unit.
The Role
As Head of Recruitment & Talent Solutions, you will lead, build, and scale our recruitment division from the ground up.
This is not a “run what exists” role — this is about creating, shaping, and driving a division with full accountability for performance, growth, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and grow the Recruitment & Talent Solutions division across multiple sectors
* Develop and execute a clear commercial strategy for revenue growth
* Build and manage a high-performing recruitment team
* Win new business and develop long-term client partnerships
* Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery (perm, temp, contract staffing)
* Implement systems, processes, and compliance frameworks (incl. vetting/screening standards)
* Collaborate with internal divisions (Security, FM, Training) to maximise cross-selling opportunities
* Own divisional P&L, targets, and performance metrics
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in recruitment agency leadership or senior billing role
* Strong track record of billing, business development, and team management
* Experience scaling or building a recruitment desk/division
* Commercial mindset with a “builder” mentality
* Knowledge of compliance, vetting, and workforce regulations (ideally within security/FM sectors)
* High energy, driven, and aligned with a fast-growth environment
