Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 + Package
Location: Manchester
Our client is a rapidly growing specialist contractor delivering high-quality construction projects across the commercial and industrial sectors. They are known for safety, technical excellence, and continuous improvement, and are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join their Manchester-based team.
What You Will Do
* Developing, implementing, and maintaining the company\'s quality management systems.
* Conducting audits, inspections, and site visits to monitor compliance with procedures and standards.
* Using Field View to record, track, and report quality issues, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
* Liaising with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure quality standards are maintained.
* Identifying risks and implementing measures to prevent defects or non-compliance.
* Preparing reports, dashboards, and documentation for management and clients.
* Supporting the continuous improvement of processes, methods, and training.
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements, including health & safety and building regulations.
What You Will Need To Succeed
* Proven experience as a Quality Manager within construction projects.
* Strong working knowledge of Field View or similar QA/QC software.
* Sound understanding of quality management systems, standards, and construction regulations.
* Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
* Ability to lead and influence teams to drive quality improvements.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
* Relevant construction or quality management qualifications (HNC, HND, Degree, or equivalent).
* A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work across multiple sites.
