About the Role: This is a hands-on, varied role ideal for someone with a broad capability of general maintenance and renovation work. The successful candidate will play a part in upgrading and maintaining both office and industrial spaces, contributing to a safe, functional, and well-presented working environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with internal renovation projects, including layout changes, refurbishments, and upgrades. Carry out general maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing, electrical repairs, painting, and carpentry. Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues proactively.
