Your new role
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be taking the lead on all things Recruitment and Employee Lifecycle. You will use thepany HRIS (Bamboo HR) to manage the day-to-day tasks as everything is actioned on this system. It's important to our client that you are familiar with using a HR system and have good digital skills to do this. It would be an added bonus if you have previously used Bamboo HR.
The Recruitment side of this role is going to be a key part of this role. We are looking for evidence that you have previously delivered end to end recruitment activities right the way through to onboarding and induction/probation planning for new starters.

We are looking for an ultra organised HR Administrator/Advisor for our client. It's crucial that you can juggle multiple things at once and can work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change.
