Your new role
As a Senior HR Project Administrator, you will support the People and Organisational Development team in delivering new HR processes and initiatives. A key focus will be the development and implementation of placement activity processes, requiring close collaboration with internal departments, universities, and external stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating stakeholder engagement and managing project documentation.
1. Supporting the development of project tools such as risk logs, issue logs, and project plans.
2. Assisting with process mapping and quality assurance of HR data.
3. Maintainingmunication channels and promoting new HR initiatives.
4. Deputising for the HR Manager when required and contributing to staff development andernance.
5. This is a dynamic role thatbines project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and administrative excellence.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you must meet one of the following criteria:
6. A relevant degree or professional qualification with at least 1 year’s experience in an administrative role at Band 4 level or equivalent. Or, an HNC/HND in a relevant discipline with 2 years’ experience at Band 4 level. Or, 4 years’ experience in an administrative role at Band 4 level.
7. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
8. Excellent written and verbalmunication skills.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
10. The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
11. Experience using Canva is desirable.
12. A solid understanding of recruitment systems and processes within the health and social care sector.
