We are seeking an experienced Site Manager (SMSTS) to oversee the construction of a new car park. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring the project runs safely, efficiently, and to programme. Key Responsibilities: * Manage day-to-day site operations and workforce. * Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures. * Prepare and review RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements). * Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the client team. * Monitor progress and maintain project timelines and quality standards. * Report daily/weekly progress to the Project Manager. Requirements: * Valid SMSTS card (essential). * Proven experience managing civils and groundworks projects. * Strong understanding of RAMS and site safety procedures. * Ability to lead and motivate site teams effectively. * CSCS card and First Aid certification preferred. * Excellent communication and organisational skills.
