Overview
We are looking for a HR Manager to join our wonderful team and Global Christian Organisation / Charity based in the West Midlands. You will be supporting the Head of HR in all HR operational matters globally and to ensure policies and procedures are in place.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the Head of HR
* First point of contact for all HR matters
* Onboarding and offboarding processes
* Performance reviews
* Processing data on HRIS system
* Absence management
* Safeguarding practices and policies
* Support cross-hub HR projects
* Nurturing communication across the workplace reflecting our commitment to evangelism and discipleship
Qualifications / Skillset
* Experience in a HR role
* Minimum 5 years experience
* Qualifications in HR such as CIPD or equivalent
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices
* Experience using HRIS platforms
* IT literate
* Excellent written and communication skills
* Demonstrates leadership, evangelistic mission and values
Salary / Benefits
* Salary bracket 34 - 42k depending on experience
