We’re a global BPO organisation with a fast-growing Glasgow operation — and our people are at the heart of everything we do. As our Branch Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in building operational teams that directly support our clients and business performance.
This is a hands-on recruitment role with real ownership, variety, and visibility. If you enjoy working with people, hiring at pace, and being close to the action, this role offers genuine impact and career growth.
What You'll Do:
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Own end-to-end recruitment for operational roles within the Glasgow branch
2. Source candidates through multiple channels to build strong, ready-to-hire pipelines
3. Screen, assess, and interview candidates, ensuring quality and cultural fit
4. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring decisions with operational leaders
5. Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience from first contact to offer
6. Attend and support recruitment events such as open days, virtual hiring events, and career fairs
7. Manage offers and support employment checks and onboarding processes
8. Build effective working relationships with hiring managers, vendors, and external partners
9. Maintain accurate records within the HRIS/ATS system
10. Champion company values, culture, and recruitment best practice

11. Experience managing recruitment or resourcing activity in a fast-paced environment
12. Confidence engaging with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
13. Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple roles at once
14. Comfortable working with recruitment systems and handling admin accurately
15. A proactive, people-focused approach and a passion for finding great talent
