About the HR Dept: 'HR with a Difference' We provide an outsourced HR service to a wide range of businesses and charities at a cost that makes sense for SMEs. We become a company's outsourced HR Department. We provide support to businesses across East and West Sussex. As an HR Administrator, your responsibilities will include: Providing comprehensive HR administrative support to clients, including maintaining and updating HRIS systems, preparing and processing probationary review paperwork, and managing contractual change documentation. Managing incoming calls, offering basic advice where possible or taking accurate messages for the team. Supporting client recruitment campaigns, including drafting job adverts, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews. Uploading advice, documentation, and reports to our CRM system. Liaising with third-party providers such as occupational health, DBS checks, and Breathe HR. Taking and typing up notes from client meetings. Personalising contracts of employment and assisting with the creation and updating of employee handbooks. Managing and updating our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and contributing to our marketing plans. Preparing commercial client administration, including new client agreements, renewals, and insurance forms. Checking monthly insurance schedules to ensure all client details are accurate. Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and telephone). Can build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Is flexible, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once. Is a proactive self-starter who works well under pressure. Is resourceful, results-driven, and enjoys problem-solving. Has a positive, resilient attitude and enjoys being part of a supportive team. Has experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
