The Role
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Site Manager to carry out routine maintenance and basic repairs during the school day and monitor major works during school holidays. The role involves managing contractors on site and overseeing services such as cleaning and grounds maintenance. The Site Manager will be on site throughout term time, with holidays taken during school breaks. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of building maintenance and health and safety requirements in public buildings, along with skills in repairs and minor building works. Attention to detail and commitment are essential to maintain high standards of cleanliness in a busy environment. Leadership and organizational skills are required to manage a team, complemented by good administrative abilities. Building positive relationships with staff and children will contribute to a rewarding and enjoyable experience in this role.
