About Role.
As an SDR in our Commercial Team, you will play a critical role in the early stages of our sales cycle. Your primary responsibility is to identify potential customers, engage with them via outbound activity, and secure appointments for our Sales Executives to present our company.
This is a highly proactive role requiring confidence, resilience, and excellent communication skills. You will be instrumental in opening doors and creating the first impression for our prospective clients.
Key responsibilities:
* Proactively research and identify target businesses within our ideal customer profile
* Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage decision-makers.
* Clearly articulate the company value proposition and qualify interest.
* Book qualified appointments for the Senior Sales Team to drive revenue growth.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
* Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs on outreach activity, appointments booked, and conversion ratios.
* Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Required Skills:
* Proven experience in B2B appointment setting, lead generation, or inside sales (telecoms or technology sector desirable).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive approach.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage high-volume outreach effectively.
* Resilient and target-driven with a proactive, can-do attitude.
* Confident using CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
