Location: Hereford
Salary: £28,000 £30,000 DOE + Performance Bonus + Benefits
Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8:30am5:00pm + occasional Saturdays (9:30am12:30pm)

An established and expanding company in the natural stone and engineered oak industry is looking for a Sales Representative to join their friendly and ambitious team based just 3 miles from Hereford city centre.

What Youll Be Doing
* Build strong client relationships: Engage with customers in the showroom and over the phone, understanding their needs and guiding them through their projects.
* Be the expert: Develop deep product knowledge to confidently educate and inspire customers about the stunning stone and oak ranges.
* Drive sales growth: Identify new opportunities, nurture existing relationships, and consistently exceed sales targets.
* Collaborate and contribute: Work closely with a supportive, close-knit team who share insights, celebrate success, and work towards common goals.
What Were Looking For
* A passion for sales and achieving results
* Excellent communication skills, with a personable and professional approach
* A customer-first mindset, able to build trust and lasting relationships
* Motivated and organised, with the ability to manage your workload effectively
* Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Experience within stone, flooring, construction, or home improvement sales is desirable but not essential full product training is provided
