Your new role
As an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the department. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing high-level administrative and secretarial support.
2. Managing correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining databases.
3. Coordinating meetings, including minute-taking atmittee level.
4. Creating and formatting documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office.
5. Supporting internalmunications and liaising with stakeholders.
6. Delegating tasks where appropriate and contributing to team motivation.
This is a full-time, temporary position with the potential for extension, offering a varied workload in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What you'll need to succeed
7. 5 GCSES (A-C) including English and Maths or equivalent qualifications
8. Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative or secretarial position
OR
9. Three years’ experience in an administrative or secretarial position to include experience of Microsoft Office Professional Suite or equivalent
10. Hold a current full driving licence which is valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment
