I am currently working in partnership with a well-established manufacturing client who is seeking a Temporary HR Administrator to join their team for an initial period of 3 to 6 months. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to support a busy HR function during a period of growth and transition.
Your new role
1. Provide day-to-day administrative support across all HR activities
2. Assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation
3. Maintain and update HR systems and personnel files
4. Support payroll processing and absence management
5. Prepare reports and assist withpliance and audit requirements
What you'll need to succeed
6. Previous experience in an HR administrative role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting
7. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
8. Excellentmunication and interpersonal abilities
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
10. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
