Responsibilities
* Identify and secure new business opportunities in freight forwarding.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Provide tailored logistics solutions (import/export, customs clearance, warehousing).
* Prepare competitive quotations and negotiate rates.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
* 2–3 years’ experience in freight forwarding sales (air, sea, or road).
* Knowledge of international trade and customs regulations.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
