Responsibilities (Cymraeg)

* Manage maintenance, security and facilities across the school site
* Supervise site staff and external contractors
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and COSHH requirements
* Manage fire safety, security and emergency access arrangements
* Contribute to the planning and development of premises services

* Significant experience in a site management or maintenance role
* Management or supervisory experience
* Good knowledge of Health & Safety procedures
* Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills
* Willingness to work flexibly, including outside normal hours
