About the Role:
As a key part of our kitchen team, you'll help prepare and serve delicious, high-quality food consistently and with care. You'll support all areas of the kitchen, from prep and baking to food safety and cleanliness, ensuring every dish meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare fresh, made-to-spec meals and baked goods
* Support kitchen setup and close-down procedures
* Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards
* Complete daily prep, cleaning, and temperature checks
* Communicate effectively with both kitchen and front-of-house teams
* Deliver food to tables with a smile
* Support stock rotation, ordering, and delivery checks
* Help train and support new team members
What Were Looking For:
* Kitchen or hospitality experience (preferred, not essential)
* Passion for food and a strong work ethic
* Awareness of food safety, hygiene, and allergen protocols
* A positive, team-first attitude
* Willingness to learn and take ownership
