Responsibilities:
* Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates within the Marketing industry.
* Lead and motivate a team of Recruiters
* Consistently developing existing and new relationships with clients. Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
* Managing a full-cycle recruitment process
* Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results
* Managing complex negotiations and coach others to navigate tricky recruitment situations
* Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets
* Positively promote the 3Search brand in the market

* Demonstrated success in delivering against individual and team revenue targets
* Have extensive interim recruitment experience
* You have successfully worked as a 360 recruiter and manager in an agency environment
* Pride yourself on your new business skillset
