We are seeking an ambitious HR Officer for an Outstanding secondary school in Canley. Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting high-calibre ads to onboarding
* Maintain the Single Central Record (SCR) to an outstanding quality and ensuring statutory compliance
* Act as the first point of contact for staff queries regarding payroll, pensions, and leave
* Support the Senior Leadership Team with employee relations and policy development
* Foster a desire for professional excellence across the administrative department
Qualifications and Experience
* CIPD Level 3 or 5 is highly desirable
* Proven experience in HR, preferably within an educational or public sector setting
* Meticulous attention to detail and a professional manner
* Must have the right to work in the UK
Salary and Benefits
* Salary Range: £28,500 – £35,000
* Full-time, permanent position (Part-time considered for the right candidate)
