Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to attract corporate clients for conferences and events hosted at our premier facilities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand our client base.
* Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of all conferences and events, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
* Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize agreements with clients.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
* Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the organization.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in sales, preferably in the conference and events industry.
* Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets in a competitive environment.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Knowledge of the sports and leisure industry is a plus.
* A proactive and results-driven approach to work.
