Job Title- Site Manager\n\nLocation- Leeds\n\nSalary-£45,000-£50,000\n\nAre you a site manager with experience of delivering planned works within social housing?\n\nWe are working with a well established property services partnership that is looking for a site manager for kitchen and bathroom fittings within social housing in Leeds.\n\nAs a site manager, you will;\n\nOversee planned kitchen and bathroom work on social housing properties\nEnsure all work is completed to the highest quality, within given time frames and budgets\nLiaise with subcontractors, clients and the internal team and provide regular work updates\nEnsure work is completed safely, continuously monitoring compliance and any potential hazardsAs a site manager, it is required that you;\n\nHave minimum 5 years site manager experience within social housing\nHold SMSTS and CSCS card\nIdeally you will have experience with planned works, specifically kitchens and bathroomsAs a site manager, you will receive;\n\n£45,000-£50,000 based on experience\nOptional work vehicle\nKPI based bonus\n26 days holiday plus bank holidays, and can purchase additional holidays\nPension\nPrivate medical insuranceIf this role sounds of interest to you, or you know someone that may be interested, please get in touch
