Darkknight is a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) specialising in IT support and cybersecurity for small and medium-sized businesses. We're expanding and looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive who's ready to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities
* Generate new business through cold calling, door knocking, and networking
* Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients
* Understand customer needs and explain how Darkknight's IT & cybersecurity services can help
* Support the sales process from first contact through to signed contracts
* Keep accurate records in our CRM system
* Work with the technical team to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients

* Self-motivated and target-driven
* Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
* Resilient and persistent – comfortable handling rejection
* Organised and able to manage time effectively
* Willing to learn about IT and cybersecurity (training provided)
* Previous sales experience is useful, but attitude matters most

* Base salary: £22,308 per year (37.5 hours/week at UK minimum wage)
* Uncapped commission: 10% on new business + 10% on renewals
* OTE: £30,000–£40,000+ realistic in year one with strong performance
