Job Description
3. Manage HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
4. Ensure compliance with employment laws and organisational policies.
5. Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters.
6. Oversee payroll and benefits administration processes.
7. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organisational goals.
8. Monitor and address employee performance and development needs.
9. Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as needed.
10. Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Manager (12-month FTC) should have:
11. Proven experience in human resources management within a similar role.
12. Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
13. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
14. The ability to manage sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism.
15. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
16. A recognised HR qualification or equivalent experience.
