This well-established Liverpool academy is seeking a highly organized Site Manager to be the operational lead for the campus. The role involves managing the daily operations of the building, ensuring the site is secure and well-maintained, and providing crucial support to the teaching and learning environment.
Core Responsibilities & Scope
* Operational Organiser: Overseeing daily premises schedules, stock control, and managing utility consumption to ensure cost efficiency.
* Safety Officer: Ensuring adherence to all legislative requirements, including fire safety, asbestos management, and operational regulations.
* Team Supervisor: Leading and motivating the site team, managing performance, and coordinating staff rotas.
