We are extremely proud to be working exclusively with this Gloucestershire Client who are looking to recruit their next Technical Sales Executive. Due to the continued growth they are experiencing they are now in a position to put into place their plans for an additional person. This is not your typical sales role, it is absolutely paramount that individuals have a commercial and technical background due to the nature of our Clients Industry. The role will involve identifying new customers as well as ensuring relationships are strong within existing Customers. There will be a lot of reporting and analytics involved in this new role, enabling the Sales Director to truly understand the Market Competitor analysis to ensure the growth and strategic plans of the business moving forward. Co-ordination and reporting of other pre & post sales-related activities including marketing, pricing, design, commercials and project financial review will all be part and parcel of this new role. The role will suit someone who has been working within a Commercial department and is keen to enter into a Sales arena. Candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and a robust and resilient demeanour.
