Job Description: As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and working to meet sales targets. You will be responsible for promoting our products/services and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, generate new business leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
* Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
* Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients.
* Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
* Track and manage sales opportunities in CRM software.
* Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
* Provide post-sale support and ensure client satisfaction.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Arrange and attend meetings and industry events to promote the company.
* Focus on our EKPR Industrial Range to start with.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in sales, ideally in Stationery, Industrial or Manufacturing Industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
* Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed targets.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
* Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
* A proactive, customer-focused attitude.
* A valid driver’s license, if applicable, and willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is desirable.
* Experience in sales, preferably within Stationery/Industrial/Manufacturing sectors.
38 Hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5.00pm, Friday 8.30am -3.00pm early finish!
