Responsibilities
* Follow up on warm sales leads, visit customers at their homes or use remote selling framework.
* Give persuasive business development pitches to convert quotes to sales.
* Educate customers about products and services, thinking on your feet, and cross‑sell where appropriate.
* Work with customers to meet unique requirements and get the job right first time.
Qualifications
* Self‑motivated and confident communicating with a variety of customers at a senior level.
* Proactive and results‑driven.
* Flexible towards varied workloads and working hours.
* Able to provide a consistently high level of customer service.
* Ideally experienced within Home Improvements (or similar).
* Driver with a full UK driving licence and own car.
