Site Manager
Location: Fallowfield, Manchester
Contract Length: 3-4 months
Start Date: 5th January 2026
Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee all site activities to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
* Supervise a team of contractors and ensure they comply with health and safety regulations.
* Co-ordinate the installation of suspended ceilings, decoration of communal areas, and potentially some firestopping.
* Ensure that work is completed to a high standard and in line with specifications.
* Maintain good communication with the client and other stakeholders.
* Ensure all site documentation and reports are completed accurately.
Requirements
* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) qualification.
* First Aid certification.
* Manual Handling certification.
* Working at Heights certification.
* Asbestos Awareness certification.
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on similar social housing projects.
* Ability to manage teams and liaise with clients and stakeholders.
* Strong health and safety awareness and commitment to site safety.
