Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee operations at our project site. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and supervising experience, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively. The Site Manager will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing personnel, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations while fostering a positive work environment.
Duties
* Oversee daily site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope.
* Manage and supervise site staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
* Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
* Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
* Utilise Primavera P6 for project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
* Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues promptly.
* Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports and incident logs.
* Facilitate communication between management and site personnel to ensure alignment on project goals.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a management role within the construction or related industry.
* Strong supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
* Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar project management software is highly desirable.
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make decisions under pressure.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
