️ Freelance Site Manager – Bristol Location: Bristol Start Date: ASAP We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established main contractor who need an experienced Freelance Site Manager to take the lead on a live project in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a professional team on a fast-paced site with solid support from head office. ️ The Role: You’ll be responsible for managing daily site activities, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring health & safety compliance, and pushing the programme to meet deadlines. The project is already underway, so we’re looking for someone confident stepping into a live environment. ✅ Key Responsibilities: * Day-to-day site management & coordination * Managing subcontractors & site teams * Ensuring H&S standards are upheld * Monitoring progress against the programme * Reporting to the Contracts Manager and QS * Keeping site paperwork up to date (RAMS, site diary, inductions etc.) Requirements: * Previous experience as a Site Manager on similar projects (main contractor background essential) * SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid * Strong communication and leadership skills * Able to work independently and keep the site running smoothly This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Approach Personnel Ltd that is operating as an employment business.
