About the role: A skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Dynamics CRM Sales and Marketing modules, and other model-driven applications. This role requires a deep understanding of Dynamics CRM, strong technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective customer relationship management solutions Responsibilities: Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements. This includes designing and implementing entities, forms, workflows, and business rules. Plugin and Workflow Development: Develop custom plugins, custom workflow activities, and integrations to extend the functionality of Dynamics 365. Integration: Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and services, including third-party applications and data sources, using REST APIs and other integration methods. Data Management: Manage data within Dynamics 365, including data import/export, data migration, and data quality assurance. Collaboration: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure CRM solutions align with business needs. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, perform unit testing, and troubleshoot issues to ensure the reliability and performance of CRM solutions. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, technical diagrams, and user manuals. Security and Permissions: Implement security roles and permissions to ensure data confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and assist in resolving technical issues related to the CRM system. Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor system performance, identify areas for optimization, and implement improvements as necessary. Skills & Experience: Essential Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and customization. Proficiency in programming languages, such as C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices. Experience with CRM integration using REST APIs and other methods. Familiarity with cloud-based CRM solutions and Azure services is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments Gained experience with developing, deploying, customising, and integrating MS Dynamics CRM Hands-on experience with SDLC methodologies and best practices, including Agile methodologies, deployment automation, code reviews, and test-driven development Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code Desirable Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications (MCTS) Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Marketing module Architect/design CRM system, related customizations, portals, and reports Data migration experience and integration mappings using SQL Integration Services What to know before applying: Equal Opportunities: Wesleyan are an equal opportunities employer.
