The Role
Employment Senior Associate – Newcastle – Up to £95,000 salary
This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading international Employment practice and gain exposure to high profile and groundbreaking employment matters across a variety of sectors.

You will have the opportunity to undertake high quality work for some of the North East’s largest employers, as well as the firm’s wider global client base spanning a range of commercial sectors, particularly technology, retail, consumer, education and financial services.
The quality of the work within the team is unparalleled, ranging from high value litigation in the Employment Tribunals and High Court to multi-jurisdictional projects for some of the world's most sophisticated employers.
The Candidate
* Employment Solicitor with at least 4 years of post qualification experience
* Proficient in both contentious and non-contentious work
* Ability to manage tribunal claims and other contentious matters independently
* Experience of advising multi-national clients across a range of commercial sectors
* A high level of commerciality, with excellent time management, and the ability to offer practical advice
* Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients
* Ability to manage a challenging and fast-paced workload
* Experience in supervising and supporting the development of junior colleagues
* Comfortable working cross-office in a national team of lawyers
