As we scale, we’re seeking a passionate Sales Executive to join our team and deliver a truly unforgettable wow-worthy retail experience like no other.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive position based in Belfast. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them in selecting the perfect watch. Responsibilities include building relationships with clients, reaching sales targets, managing store operations, and contributing to a high-quality customer experience. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in representing the Nomadic brand and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service and ‘unreasonable hospitality’
* Confidently lead clients through the sales journey as a trusted guide
* Product training, research, client outreach, follow up emails and calls etc
* Create and maintain a positive and inclusive client experience
* Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales and profit targets
* Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the store
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism
* Implement and uphold Nomadic’s high standards for quality and service
Requirements
* Proven experience in watches, luxury goods sales or similar role
* People person with the gift of the gab
* Passion for and understanding of the luxury watch market and industry trends
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with customers in person and online
* Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of exceeding sales targets Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
* Flexible attitude and willing to attend to other duties as required within a fast-paced start-up environment
* Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays where required
