Your Responsibilities:
As a Senior Site Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our project. Your duties will include:
4. Managing all site operations to maintain efficiency.
5. Motivating and leading your team to achieve exceptional results safely.
6. Collaborating with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for seamless coordination.
7. Enforcing rigorous quality control measures to uphold construction standards.
8. Prioritizing health and safety protocols on-site.
What We Require:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
9. Proven experience managing large-scale industrial and commercial projects.
10. Have a proven background working on either external packages ( Civil, structures, cladding or internal packages.
11. Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire teams.
12. Effective problem-solving abilities to address challenges.
13. A steadfast commitment to quality and safety standards.
14. Relevant certifications and qualifications (CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, etc.).
