Job Description
3. Maintain and update HR systems and records (e.g. BreatheHR)
4. Support recruitment campaigns, onboarding, and compliance checks
5. Coordinate induction, probation, and appraisal processes
6. Assist with payroll input and benefits administration
7. Help deliver wellbeing initiatives and staff events
8. Support policy updates, HR reporting, and compliance
9. Provide admin support to the Director of HR and respond to staff queries
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Administrator should have:
10. Experience in HR administration, recruitment, and onboarding
11. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
12. Confident use of HRIS and Microsoft Office tools
13. Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
14. High emotional intelligence and professionalism
15. Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion
16. Experience in a charity, faith-based or membership setting (desirable)
