The Role
As a Learning Mentor, you will:
* Work closely with students who need extra support with engagement and confidence
* Provide 1:1 and small group mentoring sessions
* Help students overcome barriers to learning, both academic and personal
* Support behaviour management in a calm and consistent way
* Liaise with teaching staff, SENCOs, and pastoral teams
* Track progress and celebrate small wins along the way
